The candidates are talking taxes now and they've already talked about Cuba policy. They just started taking on frontrunner Scott Rigell for his Barack Obama donation and cash for clunkers background - plently to chew on. They're supposed to be on air with breaks for traffic and weather until 9 am.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Two environmental groups filed litigation to stop Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli from challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's attempt to regulate greenhouse gases. The Southern Environmental Law Center, on behalf of the Norfolk-based Wetlands Watch, on Thursday filed a motion in federal court to intervene on the side of the EPA. Click here to read the filing. The filing states that Virginians, especially the few million that live in Hampton Roads, already are seeing the effects of greenhouse gases, which are linked to global warming. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[Two environmental groups filed litigation to stop Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli from challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's attempt to regulate greenhouse gases. The Southern Environmental Law Center, on behalf of the Norfolk-based Wetlands Watch, on Thursday filed a motion in federal court to intervene on the side of the EPA. Click here to read the filing.
